With beans from the region of Bundibugyo in Uganda, this bar has a warm, well-rounded, and powerful chocolate body with slight mellow fruit notes, followed by biscuit and hazelnut undertones. We then pair this with freshly dried peppermint leaves, which we grind into the chocolate to give it a natural mint flavour. Crispy pieces of mint caramel give a lovely texture.
