The Large Home Model is intended for larger UK homes such as substantial detached houses or townhouses, often arranged over three or more storeys or with a wide footprint.
The size category is defined by the overall footprint and height of the building, rather than the final physical size of the model.
Each bespoke model is 3D printed in matt white, finished with care and presented in a kraft gifting box, with a personalised A4 ‘blueprint’ and a QR code linking to footage of the printing process.
Every Made:Small model is fully bespoke and created using visual reference material of your home. We require clear photographs showing all sides of the building. If photographs are not available for every elevation, the property must be clearly visible via Google or Bing Maps aerial imagery so its full footprint can be understood.
Before production begins, you will receive a customer proof showing the overall volume of the model and its final likely dimensions. This simplified visual check allows you to review scale and proportion with confidence. Production will only begin once this proof has been approved.
This option is suited to homes with a wide footprint or arranged over three or more storeys. While the finished model will always fit within our maximum display size, scale is carefully adjusted by our in-house architect to suit your home.
